Sage advice…find a good lender, don’t buy more than you can afford, and determine the key aspects (schools, proximity to work, etc.) that will help you narrow your target area.

I sold 55 homes so far this year! This tells us that buyers are still encouraged about real estate and owning a home. My buyers are 50/ 50 investors and owner occupied first time buyers.
Put in front of your buyers great positive news like this from Coldwell Banker to balance the negativity coming from the regular media about real estate.

NAR tells us that for more than one-third of home buyers, the first step in the home-buying process was looking online for properties.  So…keep up the great work with coldwellbanker.com (and OnLocation…and Blue Matter…)!
