Coldwell Banker Leads Most Expensive Homes Sold List

It’s the end of the year and that means it’s time for everyone and their uncle to make a list. I know I’m guilty of it. Zillow jumped on the seasonal list making wagon when they came out with their list of the top ten homes that sold for over $12 million.

Le Belvedere Sold for $50 Million

As with most people, I was anxious to take a look at some of these luxurious properties and what I found is that Coldwell Banker made its presence felt on this exclusive list. Three of the top ten properties were listed by some of our extraordinary Coldwell Banker agents. The top two properties, Le Belvedere and Carbon Beach Gem, were both Coldwell Banker listings.  And #10, Livin’ the High Life, was the other Coldwell Banker listing.
