My father had heart issues, I remember even as a child of my Mom telling me the doctors always encouraged our family to have a fish tank … who knows, maybe that’s why I started loving goldfish (and it’s in our logo). 🙂 I love having a fish tank and it’s something that’s missing currently from our household. I do believe there is something genuinely calming about having a fish tank.

That is amazing Heather. Until I started writing this I never realized
that was the reason doctors had fish tanks. I always had one growing up
in my bedroom and I remember watching the fish swim on nights that I had
trouble sleeping. They would always relax me. Their graceful swimming
is simply beautiful. My cat also enjoyed the tank haha 🙂
