It wasn’t until I bought my first home with my wife that I learned what on earth a color wheel is. The brand name, Pantone, was also foreign to me, but quickly became a familiar term as we started to decorate our home.

Nine years of marriage and two homes later, the color palette of various rooms has been debated and redesigned on numerous occasions. That’s part of the reason why I found this video on “How to Build a Color Palette for Your Home.” This video goes through some of the basic of building a color palette and we’ll have some additional videos on other facets of color in your home in the coming weeks.
