How to Find the Right Contractor for Your Home Project

With spring comes the need to make improvements to your home. It’s like clockwork. Being the not-so-handyman that I am I often have to call on some contractors to do work, but picking the right one is no easy task.

Tis the season for home projects

With spring comes the need to make improvements to your home. It’s like clockwork. As soon as the weather starts to get warmer my wife instinctively reminds me that there’s mulch that needs to be bought, grass seed needs to be laid and a dozen other projects around the house. Being the not-so-handyman that I am I often have to call on some contractors to do work, but picking the right one is no easy task.

The video below gives you some simple tips to choosing the right contractor for your project. I’ve watched this video several times and used some of this info to pick someone to do landscape work. But the best part is he gave me some insight on each of the contractors. What kind of work they’d done before, feedback he’d gotten on them and which one he thought would be my best bet. So I called the one’s Jerry recommended and then used some of the tips in the video below to help me narrow it down.
