Happy Columbus Day!

Today is possible the most memorable day of real estate discovery in history. It’s Columbus Day of course. The Nina, the Pinta and the Santa Maria are being bantered about in every 3rd grade class this week, but while elementary students reflect on this greatest of real estate moments let’s look at some headlines in today’s current real estate environment:
