Nearby Attractions and Amenities

One of the most popular and beloved museums in the DFW Metroplex, the Kimbell Art Museum, is easily reached from the Six Points neighborhood. The Kimbell boasts a small yet impressive collection of art from various cultures and time periods including pre-Columbian stonework, antiquities from ancient Egypt and Greece, Italian Renaissance masterpieces, and decorative ceramics from Asia. The Modern Art Museum of Forth Worth is nearby as well. In addition to museums, the area offers venues such as the Will Rogers Memorial Center, a multifunctional complex that’s home to the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show.

You’ll also find many restaurants here. There’s plenty of delicious casual fare available, with several hamburger, Tex-Mex, and barbecue joints. You don’t have to go far for a fine dining experience, either. For more high-end eating, try MAC’S on Seventh, which serves New American cuisine with a Cajun influence; they’re known for their high-quality steaks and seafood.
