While home is often thought of as the residence we enter on a daily basis, many of us also have a home away from home. Usually it’s a place where we can find comfort and fun among friends we know. One of those places for many kids in Newark, NJ is the local Boys & Girls Club.
While home is often thought of as the residence we enter on a daily basis, many of us also have a home away from home. Usually it’s a place where we can find comfort and fun among friends we know. One of those places for many kids in Newark, NJ is the local Boys & Girls Club.
Dozens of children come there after school to do homework, hang out, play basketball and just enjoy time with others so when George Oliphant and his team from NBC’s George to the Rescure had the opportunity to enhance this home away from home they jumped at the chance.
