These Are a Few of My Favorite Things…from CES

The Consumer Electronics Show was packed with game-changing product announcements. Here are a few of my favorites from the week.

Whether you go into an office or stay at home with your children, Willow is a must have for breast feeding moms. It is so simple. “Designed to work quietly in your bra with no attachments, Willow lets you keep your clothes on so you can move and pump as you please.” I had seen advertisements for Willow online, but at CES, I actually got to see it in person and it’s the real deal. There’s also a great app that comes with it that allows you to see how much you’ve pumped, your pumping times and past sessions. As a working parent, I breast fed both of my children, and it took a lot of coordinating. Sometimes I had the luxury of a mother’s room at my office, other times I was in a dirty public bathroom, and when I traveled, I even had to pump out in the open under a cover-up on an Amtrak train. But with Willow, it takes all the stress out of pumping. If you’re a breastfeeding mom in real estate, this is great for you since you’re always on the go. It’s all hands-free and won’t put a damper in your busy day. Although it’s priced at $479.99, they are currently in discussions with insurance companies, and I assure you it is well worth the investment.

The next item on my list came from the Kohler display. If you have ever dreamed of having your bathtub filled at the perfect temperature and volume, like I have, that time has come. With the PerfectFill Kit, you can automatically fill and drain your tub using voice commands or the Kohler Konnect app. The technology is coupled with the sleek design of Kohler, giving you a luxurious bathroom experience. So if any of your clients are looking to do a home renovation, you may want to put this on your recommendation list.

And lastly, everyone can use another friend, so why not make it the BODYFRIEND. The BODYFRIEND massage chair gives you a full body massage experience like no other chair massage before. You can customize settings based on your massage needs and it takes you through a zero gravity experience. It gives the most incredible body stretch in the stretch mode and massages your feet better than most masseuses I’ve had. It was exactly what was needed after walking almost 20,000 steps each day at CES.  Although you can purchase one for your home, why not add to your company’s culture by purchasing a few for your office to ensure everyone gets a little relaxation time during the day? It may even encourage everyone to stop by the office more often. Models range from $5,000-$10,000.
