This year Coldwell Banker used real estate data to fill out Tournament brackets and these real estate brackets are filled with upsets. But one bracket – The Newest Hooptown Bracket – looks like it could win an office pool. The four finalists in this bracket are Duke, Texas Tech, University of Texas and Missouri – with Duke as the champion 2011-1998. Those numbers show the average year homes in each town were built not predicted game score.

Durham itself has seen a revitalization in recent years.
