Consider Your Home’s Curb Appeal

Make sure the driveway and sidewalks are neatly edged. Yes, it takes some time to do the job well, but a carefully edged lawn looks well-maintained and appealing.

Don’t cut your grass too short. In North Texas, it can be tempting to mow your grass low so you can extend the time between your next mowing. But if you’re going for that coveted yard of the month recognition, keep your lawn lush and green.

Get rid of all trash and clutter. This means keeping your garbage bins out of view and making sure all your kids’ toys and bicycles are properly stored. There’s nothing like some unnecessary clutter to damage the beauty of your yard.
