The questions to ask your agent also depends upon whether you are buying a home or selling one. For example, if you’re selling (and depending upon conditions in your market) you may be able to negotiate a lower sales commission. If you are buying, you might ask your agent how values have changed over the last few years for the kinds of houses you are considering, or whether certain home features are more or less desirable in the current market.

Very good information as it is critical that buyers and sellers have as much information about their Realtor and Broker as possible. I utilize drone video as well as a ton of social media marketing as you never know which medium a potential buyer or seller will use the most. One question that I would suggest sellers to ask potential Realtors is what is their list to price ratio, average days on market and their average price point for “like ” properties.
