    Hi Victoria!

I love the report on the smart home, we are trying to work with Coldwell Banker to bring the smart staging to our services, I do believe it does increase the value of the property and definitely stands out in this competitive market… I will love to discuss this with the D.C. Regional Team…

    Thanks and Kind Regards

Great idea to stage smart homes. Coldwell should include the iGuardStove product that I saw. It automatically shuts off the kitchen stove when people walk away and forget their cooking. It connects to the Internet to send text messages about the stove being used and other great home health and safety features. It’s brilliant. Its all about protecting family and your new home that Coldwell just helped you buy. http://www.iguardfire.com

I am having a hard time finding a printable page with our smart home definition. There is a smart home checklist link on one of our smart home pages that is no longer working. Is there a printable page to use with our clients to gather the information of technology they have in our home? I took the certification class but need some printable tools to communicate this well.
