On February 13, stop by Central Park’s Ice Festival, where you can see live ice carving, participate in an Instagram photo challenge, and dance during a Silent Disco.

After you’re thoroughly chilled, warm up at City Bakery’s annual Hot Chocolate Festival. Each day brings a different flavor of cocoa during this fun event, running February 1 to 29.
