Last night the stars were out in full effect at the Beverly Hilton Hotel for the 70th Annual Golden Globe Awards. Coldwell Banker rolled out its #BlueCarpet strategy with an ad on the awards show so we thought we’d dedicate our weekly real estate headlines post on some of the incredible homes in the nominated TV shows and movies from last night’s Golden Globes.
Back in July, nominees for the 64th annual Primetime Emmys were announced and we happened to notice that the programs in the “Outstanding Drama Series” category all had great writing, acting and directing but some truly stunning homes as well. So to commemorate the shows we all love and the homes featured in them, we dedicated a week long series of blog posts to exploring some of the fantastic homes featured in the “Outstanding Drama Series” category.
The final Emmy nominated drama series in our outstanding home list is Showtime’s critically acclaimed Homeland. The show is set for the most part in Maryland and Virigina, but most of the filming is actually done in Charlotte, North Carolina. Charlotte is a more affordable location to film in and offers similar surroundings to replicate the towns in Virginia and Maryland.
