Dealing with Winter Weather Damage

While the best way to deal with damage resulting from winter weather conditions is to protect and prepare a home beforehand, that may not be possible. If it is too late to get ready and a home is damaged in some way, homeowners will likely want and need to take steps to remedy the situation.

I say that’s a false view of the future, or at least the foreseeable future. If anything what is expected to unfold at the 2013 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) this week will give us a look into not just what to expect this year, but for the next few decades. Here’s what I think you should be on the lookout for:

The Home of President and Mrs. Ronald Reagan

One of Coldwell Banker’s top agents, Previews luxury specialist Sally Forster Jones, recently listed an exceptional property in Pacific Palisades, CA that, according to the listing description, was once the home of Ronald Reagan. Hmmm.  That sounded very familiar.  Had I seen this property before?
