Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Honored as Bronze Stevie Award Winner in 2024 American Business Awards

Stevie winners will be presented their awards on June 11 in New York

The Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program was named the winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Communications or Public Relations Campaign of the Year – Media Relations category in The 22nd Annual American Business Awards® today.

The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Tuesday, June 11. Tickets are now on sale.

More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Startup of the Year, Executive of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Thought Leader of the Year, and App of the Year, among others. Coldwell Banker Global Luxury was nominated in the public relations category for real estate.

The winning nomination spotlights a recent Coldwell Banker Global Luxury initiative, Best of the Best. Driven by a goal to think outside the box, this campaign emphasized creativity while leveraging survey insights from the brand’s Global Luxury Property Specialists. The result was an online, shoppable luxury lifestyle guide highlighting the year’s top trends, amenities and in-demand luxury home products.

The public relations team was crucial in orchestrating media outreach to national top-tier, real estate trade, consumer and luxury lifestyle publications. Best of the Best achieved notable media coverage, securing visibility in reputable real estate trade outlets such as RISMedia and Inman with approximately 56.5 million impressions. Additionally, the initiative included a sponsored content piece in Fast Company, amplifying the guide’s reach and credibility.

Judges noted the campaign’s strong storytelling and the effectiveness of its strategy in achieving extensive media coverage. One of the most notable comments states, “Great campaign! Coldwell Banker Global Luxury’s “Best of the Best” campaign showcases the brand’s innovative leadership in luxury real estate by curating a shoppable luxury lifestyle guide that highlights top trends and amenities, establishing Coldwell Banker as a thought leader and trusted advisor in the industry.”

“We are honored to receive a 2024 Bronze Stevie® Award for Best of the Best,” said Michael Altneu, vice president of Coldwell Banker Global Luxury. “This recognition emphasizes our dedication to excellence within the luxury real estate market. We take pride in our team’s hard work and creativity as we continue to further our commitment to setting new industry standards.”

More than 300 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.

“While growth in much of the world economy has recovered slowly from the COVID-19 pandemic, the American economy continues to show remarkable resilience and growth,” said Stevie Awards president Maggie Miller.  “Our 2024 Stevie winners have contributed to that successful recovery through their innovation, persistence, and hard work.  We congratulate all our winners in the 2024 ABAs and look forward to celebrating their achievements during our June 11 awards banquet in New York.”
