Real estate giant continues to expand European presence
PARIS (Oct. 11, 2021) – Coldwell Banker France & Monaco launched its 10th anniversary celebration today, marking the arrival of the now famous and prestigious luxury real estate brokerage in Paris. The event is being recognized by a virtual awards ceremony for the company’s network in France, Monaco and Luxembourg and a publicity campaign with a presence in Forbes.
The Coldwell Banker operation broke ground in France in 2011, with Laurent and Vanda Demeure opening their luxury real estate agency in the Champs Elysées district, located in the heart of Paris.
Laurent began in his real estate career in 1992 when he took over his family business, a real estate firm founded by his grandfather in the 1920s. For the last 17 years, Vanda has been one of the most prominent luxury real estate agents in Paris, France and Europe, achieving record-breaking sales in France. She is a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Ambassador and has been named one of the 10 most powerful women in the real estate industry by Le Journal de l’Agence. Together, Laurent and Vanda have led Coldwell Banker France & Monaco to become a major force in European real estate.
During the last decade, the Demeures have developed a luxury network presence in Paris and throughout its neighboring regions of the French Rivera, Atlantic Riviera and the Alps. The network encompasses 44 offices in France, a Monaco office, a Luxembourg office, and approximately 400 affiliated real estate consultants. Today, the company ranks in the Top 3 most important luxury real estate networks in France, with the goal to be No. 1 by 2023. Following expansion to Luxembourg in January 2021, the Demeures are preparing to open branches in Belgium and Switzerland.
