During these unprecedented times, Coldwell Banker® remains committed to providing the tools and resources to our affiliated agent to support business functions.  This includes making sure our agents are quickly and efficiently paid upon a closing.

Coldwell Banker has a recently launched, ExpressPay, which provides quick payment to affiliated agents by sending an agent’s commission earnings directly to their debit card in real time. This ensures our agents are getting paid faster in just one click!

ExpressPay is now live in some of the Connecticut, Carolinas, Atlanta, Florida, and New England offices and will be available to all metros on a rolling launch throughout  April.

ExpressPay will be found through the e-Pay tile on Desk. Agents will be able to select multiple debit cards to receive funds, and even split deposit amounts. The system will allow agents to see online what the estimated commission will be as soon as the listing goes under agreement, allowing them to budget earnings and track money.  For areas where escrow/title companies pay agents directly at closing, agents may continue to receive their portion of the commission that way.

Direct deposit is currently available in all metros to make certain that agents receive payment quickly and directly into their accounts.  If not already enrolled for direct deposit, simply click the e-Pay tile on Desk to complete enrollment. Please note, it can take up to 7-10 days for the direct deposit to be active.

More information on ExpressPay for your company will be communicated through CB Briefs as the program becomes available. Find additional resources about payment ExpressPay below.
