Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC operates the Coldwell Banker YouTube Channel web site at www.youtube.com/coldwellbanker (“Site”). This Site is designed to permit each user of the Site to submit entry information on the Entry Page of the Site, including without limitation submitting certain YouTube video submissions referred to herein as a “Submission” and collectively as the “Submissions” for certain contests sponsored by Coldwell Banker referred to herein as the “Contest”.
We respect the privacy of each user of the Site (referred to as “you” or “a user”), whether you are first using the Site or have previously visited our Site. This Privacy Statement gives you specific information about how we protect your privacy, how we treat information we collect on the Site that identifies an individual user (“Personal Information”), and how we use aggregated information that you may provide to us.

Scope of this Privacy Statement
This Privacy Statement applies to your use of this Site only. We do not own, operate or control the web sites of our Franchisees, brokers or sales associates, or YouTube (collectively referred to herein as “Third Party or “Third Parties”). Accordingly, this Statement does not apply to a Third Party’s web site or to a Third Party’s collection, use, storage and disclosure of your Personal Information.
1.Collection and Use of Your Personal Information
We collect your Personal Information on the Site solely for purposes related to the Contest. The Personal Information collected may also be used by us for other marketing and promotional purposes. We collect Personal Information from you only when you voluntarily submit it in order to enter the Contest and provide your Submissions and to award any prizes related to the winning Submission for such Contest. For purposes of this Policy Statement, Personal Information is information provided by you to us in certain data fields on the Entry Page of the Site that identifies the person to whom such information pertains, including without limitation, name, address, telephone number and/or e-mail address. The information we collect is not used in any other way and is retained for as long as we deem it necessary to comply with all applicable laws related to the Contest.
2.Collection of Non-Personal Information
Even if you do not send us any Personal Information, we collect information about how you use our site (“Non-Personal Information”). This information cannot be used to identify you personally and is explained in more detail below under “Non-Personal Information”.
Cookies

A vendor performs this service for us by sending a cookie to gather this information, compile it, and report to us. 3.Use of Information
We use the Personal Information and the Non-Personal Information we collect on the Site (A) for the purposes of the Contest you have entered ;(B) to award the prize(s) to the winning Submission in accordance with the YouTube Contest Rules; (C) in accordance with the YouTube Site’s “Terms of Use” set forth at http://www.youtube.com/t/terms (“Terms of Use”) and (D) for our business generally.
4.Sharing Your Information
We do not share with third parties the Personal Information we collect from you on this Site except (i) as may be required by the YouTube Terms of Use, (ii) with your permission, or (iii) under the following circumstances:

Our hosting services maintain its systems in accordance with reasonable industry standards to reasonably secure the information of its customers. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. “Perfect security” does not exist on the Internet, and you use the Site at your own risk.

7.Children and Minors
This Site is not directed to children under the age of 13 (“Children”), and we do not knowingly collect any information, including Personal Information, from Children. The Contest(s) is free to enter and open to any legal resident of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who is 18 years of age or older and has attained the age of majority in his/her state of residence at the time of entry.
8.California Privacy Rights
Under California law, California residents have the right to request in writing from businesses with whom they have an established business relationship (1) a list of categories of personal information, such as name, address, e-mail address, and the type of services provided to the customer, that a business has disclosed to third parties [including affiliates that are separate legal entities] during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes and (2) the names and addresses of all such third parties.
