Tips for buyers abound on the Internet. Everyone from magazines to your Uncle Salvatore has a tip for you. Ok, maybe you don’t have an Uncle Salvatore, but you get the point.

We decided to pose the question to one of our top agents who deals with hundreds of buyers every year, Jessica Edwards with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.
