The winners were recognized during the Coldwell Banker 120th Anniversary Celebration on Aug. 27 in Madison, New Jersey, honoring individuals and organizations that exemplify the values, leadership and spirit that have shaped the brand for more than a century.

Coldwell Banker Heroes Award: Nancy Jordan, Coldwell Banker Realty, Venice, Florida
The Coldwell Banker Heroes Award honors an individual who demonstrates an extraordinary commitment to strengthening their community and serving others.
For more than a decade, Nancy Jordan has led Coldwell Banker CARES in Venice, Florida, transforming a small office fundraiser into a flagship community event that has raised more than $217,000 for local organizations. Through her leadership, dedication and passion for giving back, Nancy has created a legacy of community service while inspiring colleagues and neighbors to make a difference. Her efforts continue to expand the program’s impact year after year, benefiting causes throughout the Venice community.
Preserving the Trust Award: Bob & Molly Hamrick, Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, Las Vegas, Nevada
The Preserving the Trust Award recognizes an individual whose contributions have made a lasting impact on the real estate industry through integrity, innovation and service.
