In 2012 Coldwell Banker Real Estate is looking to change the conversation in real estate and get consumers thinking about the real reasons why you buy a home…for lifestyle choices.

The campaign begins with what is the Coldwell Banker anthem in a spot titled “The Value of a Home.”

The next spot is one that we call “Innovation” and this video is best described by the opening line: “Owning a home is a wonderful experience, and we think looking for one should be too.”

There will also be three different 15 second spots that key in on specific aspects of a home that tend to make a big difference in people’s moving to a new place. The three spots below are “Pets”, “Backyards” and “Kids.”
