We’ve already discussed the importance of a well planned morning routine, and having a hearty breakfast is at the top of the list! Here are some delicious & easy breakfast recipes that will make sure you and your family leave home full, energized, and ready to take on the day!

Avocado Toast

This hearty & delicious breakfast is as easy as mashing up a ripe avocado & spreading it on toasted bread. Sprinkle some red pepper flakes on top for a kick, or top with a fried egg for extra protein! Approximate prep time: 5 minutes

This breakfast looks fancy, but in reality takes no time at all to prepare! This parfait is packed with yummy ingredients that will keep you full and satisfied. Layer your favorite yogurt with granola and fruit and enjoy! Rushing out the door? Put it in a sealed mason jar to make it travel-friendly! Approximate prep time: Under 5 minutes

 Overnight Oats

The beauty of this breakfast (aside from how incredibly delicious it is!) is the fact that you can prepare this the night before and not have to spend any time on it in the morning at all… aside from, you know, actually eating it. There are hundreds of recipes for varieties of overnight oats, but this peanut butter & banana version tends to be a big crowd-pleaser. Bonus points for this recipe being vegan & gluten-free! Approximate prep time: 10 minutes
