Home of the Week: A Palatial Villa with Pacific Ocean Views

A look at one of Corona Del Mar's most stunning homes, seen through some very unique eyes

In our newest ‘Home of the Week‘ we move from the most expensive home in Miami to a palatial Mediterranean inspired villa in Corona Del Mar, California.

The $8.9 million dollar home located in the prestigious enclave of Shore Cliffs is an absolute dream, and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage agent Tim Smith uses that as inspiration for this short film that quite possibly might be the most creative listing video we’ve ever seen here.

As opposed to just walking you through this home with Pacific Ocean views room by room, the four minute narrative showcases the grandeur of this property through the eyes of two little girls who dream about living in a “palatial villa” when they get older. This is a feeling almost all of us can relate to. Who didn’t dream about living in an “MTV Cribs-like” home when they were little?

Without further adieu, here’s a heart warming look at 174 Shorecliff Road – the 5 bed, 6.5 bath home that is the stuff of dreams. And to loosely quote one of my favorite movies of all time (500 Days of Summer), this home is “better than a dream, it’s real.” Take a look!
