Wow, what a busy day it’s been and it’s just lunchtime now. I started the morning off in a studio in New York City doing a dozen local news interviews via satellite across the country, from Detroit to Wichita, Denver to San Antonio, Bakersfield to St. Louis and more. And now I’m heading from an interview at CNNMoney.com to an appearance on Fox Business.

Getting ready to be interviewed

But I’m not the only one who’s busy. As the federal home buyer tax credit expires today, many buyers and sellers are also busy getting those last minute contracts made official. As I have said on several occasions, the best part of my job is to see so many people on the path toward home ownership. The main reason why Coldwell Banker decided to launch the Buyer Bonus Sales Event tomorrow is to keep the momentum going in markets across our great country. That is why I’m here in the city today meeting with so many reporters, talking about how the tax credit helped, how real estate plays such an important role in local economies and answering questions about the Coldwell Banker Buyer Bonus Sales Event.

Don’t forget to check out the website tomorrow to see the first wave of homes that are participating in this program. And if you want to have a little fun right now, check out this Coldwell Banker micro-site exploring how much $8,000 can buy.
