COLDWELL BANKER EXPANDS TO ALBANIA WITH NEW FRANCHISED FLAGSHIP OFFICE IN TIRANA

Coldwell Banker®, a leading international real estate brand, has announced the opening of its newest franchise in Albania, Coldwell Banker Prime Real Estate, marking a significant expansion into Southeast Europe. The new office is located at the European Trade Center in Tirana, the heart of the country’s business district.

Coldwell Banker Albania will be led by Roberto Gigio, President and CEO of Coldwell Banker Italy, who will oversee the development of the master franchise in the country. England Cacaj will serve as the broker of the first affiliated agency, Coldwell Banker Prime Real Estate.
