Coldwell Banker Real Estate Names David Marine Senior Vice President of Marketing

MADISON, N.J. (May 16, 2017)Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, the original Silicon Valley real estate startup founded in 1906, today announced the promotion of David Marine to senior vice president of marketing from his prior role as vice president, brand engagement. In this new role Marine will oversee the real estate brand’s complete marketing efforts including advertising, media, public relations, product development, promotions and marketing communications.

Since joining Coldwell Banker Real Estate in 2002, Marine has developed award-winning advertising and marketing campaigns and is credited with helping the company become the most influential real estate brand on social media. Marine has championed technology beyond social media, pioneering the industry-leading Coldwell Banker smart home program. He also helped to jumpstart the real estate brand’s mobile platform and launch the ground-breaking Coldwell Banker On LocationSM YouTube channel. He has re-imagined Coldwell Banker® content from traditional to digital, spearheading the Coldwell Banker Blue Matter blog and overseeing the real estate brand’s content strategy and in-house video production efforts.
