Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC is proud to welcome Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties to its global franchise network. The company will now operate as Coldwell Banker Envision, strengthening the Coldwell Banker footprint across Southern California’s most sought-after markets.

Under the leadership of Owner & CEO Luis Carrion, CCIM, and an accomplished leadership team that includes Dennis Rosas, COO & President; Belen Martinez, CFO; Lejon Nall, Chief Growth Officer; and Victor Quiroz, Sr. Vice President of Sales — supported by a highly skilled management team — the company enters the Coldwell Banker network positioned for strategic growth and continued excellence.

Coldwell Banker Envision will serve clients through 14 offices and more than 1,300 agents across Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Orange Counties. Local offices span neighborhoods such as Downtown Los Angeles, Long Beach, Huntington Beach, Downey, Cerritos, Hacienda Heights and Upland.
