Her proactive response to the evolving work landscape led to her team’s creation of an in-house platform empowering agents to schedule virtual appointments with over 100 marketing experts, ensuring swift and reliable support in as little as two hours in the same day.

Since the nationwide roll-out over the summer, the platform saw 8,600+ appointments booked, serving over 4,000 agents with an outstanding 97% resolution rate. This is in addition to the nearly 100,000 agent appointments her team has supported this year alone.

Listanski’s innovative technology encourages nationwide collaboration, ensuring agents promptly access vital support wherever they are. This approach to agent empowerment through NAA has been pivotal in retaining and supporting the brand’s dedicated team of agents while maximizing the efficiency of her team’s time and talent.
