We learned a lot about the hottest tech trends to come in 2018 during our time on the CES show floor, but why does smart home matter for real estate? Roger Pettingell of the Blue Crew breaks it down. Among the top reasons smart home matters for real estate are the fact that smart home tech makes listings stand out in competitive markets and it makes life easier for your clients.
