Adamo, a first-generation American and Old Tappan resident, spent his early working years in his parents’ construction business. Adamo also developed a love for real estate and opened a franchise with his brother, Aldo, in 1985. The business expanded to multiple locations in Bergen County, ultimately merging into the company that is today Howard Hanna Rand Realty.
