CLOSTER, N.J. (Oct. 15, 2021) – Coldwell Banker Realty in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York is pleased to announce that The Adamo Group, led by Attilio Adamo, has affiliated with the company’s Alpine/Closter office. Adamo and his team are leaders in the New Jersey real estate market with more than 35 years of experience and a specialty in marketing luxury properties. They also specialize in new construction throughout Bergen County, specifically the Northern Valley Region and Old Tappan. The Adamo Group was previously affiliated with Howard Hanna Rand Realty.

Among their many accolades, The Adamo Group has been recognized as real estate industry leaders for selling properties priced over $1 million, and as being in the top 1.4% of agents nationwide in their previous brokerage. Real Trends has named Adamo a top-selling agent in New Jersey across multiple years.

“I have known Attilio for many years and have always respected the exceptional quality of service he provides to clients and the ethical way in which he conducts business. I am proud to welcome The Adamo Group to Coldwell Banker Realty. Attilio and his team have earned their place among Bergen County’s most accomplished real estate professionals. We are excited to be their partner in serving the northern New Jersey real estate market,” said Rob Norman, president of Coldwell Banker Realty in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York.

Adamo is joined in his move to Colwell Banker Realty by his full-service team, which includes Elainie Dimoudis, Jean Marie Powers, Amy Wicker, Annie Daidone, Tricia Adamo, Camille Georgallas, Kathleen Sheridan, Maria Matthews, Maria Djambazova, Nancy Bozzi and Peter Rutigliano. The Adamo Group prides itself on serving all price ranges and levels of knowledge, from first-time buyers to experienced home sellers. As former president of Prudential Relocation, Attilio knows all facets of the moving process and is always available to help clients as they begin the journey of transitioning into a new chapter of their lives. The team is multilingual, with real estate specialists who are fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, Greek and French.

“I fully believe that having the right agent makes all the difference in the world when you’re buying or selling a home. And when you’re an agent, being aligned with the right real estate company makes all the difference, as well. It helps you provide the highest level of service to your clients while elevating your business to new levels,” said Adamo. “Coldwell Banker Realty is deeply rooted in the community with a history in this industry spanning 115 years. That means a lot to me, as does the exceptional support provided by company leadership. It’s a natural fit to have the local OG real estate agent partnered with the OG Real estate company in the country.”

Adamo, a first-generation American and Old Tappan resident, spent his early working years in his parents’ construction business. He gained a deep understanding of “what goes on behind the walls of a house,” knowledge that remains a benefit to his clients today when choosing a quality home. Adamo also developed a love for real estate and opened a franchise with his brother, Aldo, in 1985. The business expanded to multiple locations in Bergen County, ultimately merging into the company that is today Howard Hanna Rand Realty. Adamo bring a wealth of experience and professional connections to Coldwell Banker Realty. Real estate continues to be a family business, with Adamo’s daughter, Victoria, working as a real estate salesperson for the Douglas Elliman Kirsten Jordan team in Manhattan. Adamo himself is licensed in both New Jersey and New York.

“On top of all his talent and experience, Attilio possesses the one quality that is needed to truly succeed in real estate or any profession—and that is passion. He loves what he does and is driven to surpass his clients’ expectations.
