For the Urquiza family, the one thing they always dreamed of having was a dining room table. Unfortunately, the setup of their Oceanside, NY home didn’t allow enough space for a dining room table they could all gather around. Instead, the kids would eat their meals first at the small bistro table in the kitchen, followed by Mom and Dad at a later hour.

With limited space, George decides they need to turn the Urquiza family’s sunroom into a year-round room for dining. The result is a stunning space perfect for family gatherings.
