The Real Estate Market Tag Cloud

In a recent social media survey, Coldwell Banker Real Estate asked real estate agents from across the globe to describe their local real estate market in one word. The idea was to get a glimpse of what agents are finding the demeanor of their sellers, their buyers and their colleagues to be in this current market.

In a recent social media survey, Coldwell Banker Real Estate asked real estate agents from across the globe to describe their local real estate market in one word. The idea was to get a glimpse of what agents are finding the demeanor of their sellers, buyers and colleagues to be in this current market.

The responses were  a bit surprising and they covered a variety of emotions. “Challenging” and “dead” can be seen as popping up on the tag cloud below, but so can “promising”, “busy” and “opportunity.”

Wherever you might be, I’m sure you’ll find a descriptor for your market captured in this visual. Or if you don’t, add your one word descriptor to the comments.

Husband. Father. Socializer. Mets Lifer. TV Afficianado. Consumer Engager.

The recession cleansed the real estate industry of agents who may not have truly been committed to the profession and is alternately rewarding Realtors who have stepped out of their market niche to explore opportunities such as http://www.realestatebestkeptsecret.com.

SMS Marketing for Realtors is the next big thing. Mobile marketing service providing agents and brokers a platform to text real estate listings to a prospect's phone. Residential and Commercial property managers can text message property information 24 hours a day. It's like having a virtual leasing agent. Buiders can instantly capture and relay drive-by leads to sales staff. For more info on text marketing, visit Business Elite Services at http://5linxbizelite.com/?RIN=L423215
