We are excited to highlight the remarkable growth achievements of Coldwell Banker networks in Europe. Recently Türkiye, Italy, Portugal and Spain celebrated an incredible year of growth and expansion for their networks in 2023 as well as individual performances. Coldwell Banker Türkiye & Kibris
Gen Blue Türkiye & Kibris gathered almost 900 network members in Bodrum, to celebrate their 2023 achievements, share learnings, and prepare for the year ahead. CEO & President Dr. Gökhan Taş opened the ceremonies on day 1 with a passionate speech about the strength of the Coldwell Banker brand in Türkiye, which boasts over 230 offices.
Over the course of April 14 – 16, the event featured performances from prominent Turkish artists such as Demet Akalın, actor Emre Karayel, and others. The group shared learnings from their corporate team and leadership, their experienced group of brokers, and also a panel of their “Young Blue Success” stars. The prominent award winners are noted below.

Gen Blue Italy was held on April 15 in the beautiful seaside town of Riccione, with over 300 Coldwell Banker Italy network members in attendance. The event featured incredible guest speakers, an awards ceremony, and of course, dinner and dancing.
One of the major highlights was Italian soccer legend Franco Baresi, who shared stories of his personal journey. Additionally, Coldwell Banker Italy CEO Roberto Gigio, Advisory Board of CB Italy member Rino Moscariello, and Coldwell Banker Italy Global Luxury Ambassador Alessandro Tognetti all shared leadership learnings with the network.
There was much to celebrate on the agenda, as Coldwell Banker Italy finished 2023 by reaching the milestone of over 100 agencies, and mark their 15th anniversary with the brand in 2024. Some of the major awards distributed are featured below!

On April 17, Coldwell Banker Portugal gathered over 80 of its network members to celebrate both their 2022 and 2023 accomplishments, including over 94 awards that were distributed for agent designations, office awards, and nomination awards. Held at the beautiful Evolution Hotel Cascais Estoril, the spectacular ocean views helped underscore the celebratory evening.
Of particular note, Hélder Batista, the 2023 winner of the Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC Chandler Barton Spirit Award, was honoured in person and presented his award in front of his team from Coldwell Banker City, and many of his Coldwell Banker Portugal colleagues.
The evening was capped with dancing, champagne, and a cake to celebrate five years of franchising operations in Portugal. You can see the highlights on a sizzle reel of the event here.
On April 18th, the Coldwell Banker Spain network gathered at an exciting Afterwork event to commemorate the achievements of the first quarter of the year. The terrace of the beautiful Hotel Duquesa de Cardona was the chosen venue for this occasion, providing an exceptional environment and views for this celebration.
The event was attended by advisors, coordinators, and franchisees from across Spain, who came together to share experiences, recognize the hard work of their colleagues, and celebrate the successes achieved in the first quarter of the year.
The event was the perfect setting to announce the impressive results of the first quarter and recognize the outstanding performance of network members. Among the most notable achievements are:
A 42% growth in the number of advisors since the first quarter of the previous year.
A 22% increase in the average selling price, reaching almost €750,000.
A 26% increase in the average rental price, reaching €2,225.
An 11% increase in office billing and a 27% increase in transaction volume.
Kait McMurdo
Kaitlin McMurdo has served as the Director of Global Service for Coldwell Banker since January 2020. Through her tenure, the existing global network has doubled in office and agent footprint and expanded into Chile, Paraguay and Saudi Arabia. She has also supported the global networks for Better Homes & Gardens, Corcoran, and ERA Real Estate. Prior to her current role, McMurdo worked for the premiere New York City New Development sales and marketing firm, Corcoran Sunshine, which sold over $20 billion of real estate during her time. At Corcoran Sunshine, she managed new business, cross-portfolio initiatives and creative sales initiatives for the top-selling developments in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Before joining the real estate industry, McMurdo worked primarily in corporate event planning and hospitality, combining her love of working with people and the food and beverage industry. She received her BA from American University in International Business with a minor in French language. She is very proud Philadelphia-area native (Go Birds) who has resided in New York City for 15 years, predominantly in “the World’s Borough”, Queens. In her free time she loves to cook, explore NYC, and of course, travel the world.
