I love my deck and hate my deck at the same time. I love grilling out and having dinner on those spring and summer evenings while enjoying the great outdoors. I hate the fact that after every winter it seems there’s a ton of work that needs to be done to maintain the look that I want for my deck.

While deck maintenance just sounds like a daunting task, I came across these tips from HGTV that actually simplify the process a bit into manageable tasks. Something as simple as fixing nail pops in the wood can help stabilize the deck and improve the look in little to no time.
