Thinking about buying a home? Your first step should be getting a mortgage pre-approval.

Every buyer should have their mortgage pre-approval done prior to the home search. The pre-approval is going to give you an idea of exactly how much you can borrow, how much your monthly mortgage payment will be and how much down payment is needed. Your time is valuable, use it efficiently and spend time looking at homes you know you can afford. The pre-approval will help you feel confident and comfortable proceeding with an offer when you find the perfect home. When homeownership is right for you, make the pre-approval your first priority and enjoy finding the perfect place to call home.
