One of the first things my husband and I did when we bought our first home was paint. About thirty minutes in I realized a few things…

1) I absolutely despise painter’s tape

2) I am horrific at trimwork

3) The entire process takes WAY longer than I expected

4) My balance on a ladder is sub par at best

After moaning and groaning, I went to my favorite place for finding shortcuts…YouTube. I discovered the video above showcasing a product from painthelpers.com. Eureka!! A product that solves all of the aforementioned issues I have with painting!

I haven’t tried it yet but it looks terrific. According to the video, this product combines the speed of a roller and the accuracy of a paintbrush. The big bonus for me was seeing this innovative idea put to work in tall places. At five foot three I appreciate any idea that prevents me from climbing a wobbly ladder.
