** “Production” is defined as either at least one listing or one closed side in the measurement period. To calculate the results, we took a sample of 16,035 independent sales associates who joined Realogy between May 1, 2017 and January 31, 2018 (the “Sample Pool”). Four hundred and forty six (446) sales associates in the Sample Pool attended the in person Agent Productivity class and entered activities into REScorboard. We measured the number of listings taken and closed sides by the 15,589 agents in the Sample Pool who did not take the class from February 1, 2018 to June 30, 2018 and the number of listings taken and closed sides for the 446 agents who took the class from the first day of the month after completion of the class through June 30, 2018. To normalize data for comparison, both groups had their transactions projected to an annualized basis. Percentage of production is calculated by comparing the percentage of agents with production in both groups as June 30, 2018. Retention rates of both groups are as of June 30, 2018. This is not a controlled study. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Market conditions may influence results and there is no assurance any Realogy brand agent will achieve the same or similar results.
