Man Cave [man-keyv] noun:  A dedicated area of a house, such as a basement, workshop, or garage, where a man can be alone or socialize with his friends. (http://mancavesite.org/)

  1. Great video!  I do currently have space in my home to escape – a sitting room in the master bedroom and love having it as a place to read or watch my favorite show.

  2. I have a friend that dedicated a spare bedroom to her yoga room. She burnt sage in there and had it painted very zen colors and had a really good sound system for her tranquil music. The kids were taught to not disturb her when she was in there. It is ultimate mom cave sanctuary.She may have even had awine fridge in there!
