Hi Phil, have you enabled the skill first? You have to ask “Alexa, enable Gen Blue News.” or enable the Gen Blue News skill in your Amazon Alexa app on your smart device before you ask her to “Alexa, Open Gen Blue News.” Just like on a phone, an app won’t work if you don’t download it first! Hope that helps.
