Siewert Realtors has been serving the Central Wisconsin area since 1933. Valentine Siewert started the real estate brokerage with his wife Dorothy. In April of 1952 they formed Siewert’s Real Estate and Insurance with their son, John T. Siewert, and later their other son, Perry Siewert.

In 1978, John Siewert Jr (J.R.) joined his father in the real estate business. The Siewerts in 1982 became affiliated with Coldwell Banker, who also had a rich real estate history dating back to 1906. This association with a national real estate company allowed Siewert Realtors to expand the services and offerings to their customers.

At a company-wide luncheon this April, nearly 90 years to the date, J.R. Siewert “passed the leadership baton” to Jennifer Parr-Murphy, his business partner of 15 years in their Coldwell Banker Advantage office located in the town of Rome. Parr-Murphy will be the managing broker for the Coldwell Banker offices in Adams, Rome, and Coldwell Banker-Siewert Realtors in Wisconsin Rapids.

“Over the past 15 years I’ve had the opportunity to witness firsthand Jennifer’s leadership style and talents. She is an exceptional real estate broker with 23 years of experience and has a thirst for growing herself and those around her,” says J.R. Siewert. “Jennifer has extensive leadership training and is a graduate of ‘Ascend,’ an elite leadership group of real estate brokers.”

Parr-Murphy is a third generation real estate professional and she values the longevity and success that the Siewert family has accomplished. “I am so excited to be a part of the continued legacy of Coldwell Banker-Siewert Realtors. This transition brings our Coldwell Banker family of companies together to continue to deliver the best real estate experience possible for many decades to come,” said Parr-Murphy.

J.R. Siewert will continue to serve the firm in an advisory role, and continue representing both residential and commercial clients.

This transition will leverage the strength and power of the Coldwell Banker brand in the Central Wisconsin corridor. It allows three Coldwell Banker families of companies to collaborate and integrate services that will bring advantages to affiliated agents and the customers that they serve.

“As trusted real estate advisors we are committed to ensuring that all home buyers and sellers receive the best imaginable service, and that our agents are afforded every opportunity to maximize their business potential,” says Parr-Murphy. “This next chapter will only make us better and stronger!”
