Whether it be a current room in the house or conversion of a basement or attic into a spare room, having an additional bedroom has become increasingly important to households. Some use the rooms for when guests stay or during holidays. Others rely on the additional space to house elderly parents that move in or adult children who move home for a period of time. In addition, these rooms can also serve as playrooms for young children, which parents often utilize when they don’t want toys spread throughout the house.
