Victoria Keichinger and Lindsay Listanski have been recognized for their exceptional impact in the real estate industry and dedications to guiding people home

Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, an Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: HOUS) brand, is proud to announce that Victoria Keichinger, vice president of brand marketing for Coldwell Banker Real Estate, and Lindsay Listanski, national vice president of field marketing for Coldwell Banker Real Estate, have been named to the 2023 HousingWire Rising Stars list.

The HousingWire Rising Stars award spotlights 80 leaders under the age of 40 who are driving the mortgage, real estate and fintech industries forward. This year’s Rising Stars were selected based on their professional achievements within their organizations, contributions to the overall housing economy, community outreach, client impact and personal success.

Since joining Coldwell Banker in 2014, Keichinger has developed the brand’s identity through new marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness and support diverse representation in real estate. In her role, she oversees the brand’s national media and advertising, leads a team of cross-functional internal marketing professionals and manages four agency partners for advertising, branding and creative, video production and media.

Keichinger has been at the forefront of numerous marketing initiatives and campaigns, including the launch of the brand’s award winning 2022 Seller Strategy and “Dream” ad campaign – designed to uncork the housing market by showing sellers the power they hold and encouraging them to reach for their dream home. To support the campaign, Keichinger spearheaded marketing and advertising assets, including a video advertisement ranked as the #1 rated ad in the real estate category for the 11th year running and a ColdwellBanker.com website refresh with new tools designed for sellers which was recently recognized as a Gold Stevie Winner for the submission of the “Dream” campaign and Move Meter under the Best Marketing Campaign – Real Estate category in the 2023 American Business Awards. Her creativity, dedication and passion have been a driving force behind the brand’s commitment to guiding people home every day.

Listanski has been a key influence behind many of the brand’s national field marketing campaigns and strategies, including spearheading the latest addition to its suite of products: Next Available Appointment, a proprietary, internal platform that allows agents to schedule virtual appointments with over 100+ available Coldwell Banker marketing experts for quick, reliable support. Since its launch, Next Available Appointment has received a 4.7 out of five star rating and has a 98% resolution rate! She leads a team of 170 marketers that supports the recruiting, retention and market share growth for 100,000+ agents and multiple sales teams across the country, all with an eye on company growth.

In addition, as an advocate for diversity and inclusivity, Listanski played an integral role in the launch of the Coldwell Banker Inclusive Ownership program – an industry-first franchise approach designed to help increase representation of minority, women, LGBTQ+ and veteran entrepreneurs in the real estate industry. She is also a core member of the brand’s What Moves Her initiative, introduced in 2020 to help women in the real estate industry develop their leadership skills and realize their professional development goals.
