The following is a guest contribution from Frank Fontana, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Global Luxury Specialist in Chicago, Ill.

One of my WOW moments at CES 2018 – and their was a ton to speak of – was the LG Experience. It was a spectacle! The LG environment was so well put together! It dazzled with an entry display of TV screens that meshed together to create an audio and video tunnel that guests walked through – and it blew my mind! A video of mountain caverns came to life in vivid color as you walked through the LG tunnel. It showcased the remarkable evolution of LG’s TV, monitors and chip technology that process outstanding quality visuals.   Once you made your way through the tunnel you where greeted by mini voice command robots that controlled smart lawn mowers…yes I said automatic, unmanned lawnmowers! Dads rejoice! They also hit the mark with their complete smart home systems, and full control of just about everything else in your life.

Another WOW moment for me was in the Samsung booth. And truth be told I barley made it passed the 24K gold Lamborghini and jet black Bentley they had displayed at the amazing grand entrance. Their wall of video messaging and lighting was almost as powerful as LG, but in its own right delivered true Samsung technology.

On my final day at CES I was able to relax a little, literally! A few of the other Coldwell Banker Blue Crew members and I stopped by the NuCalm booth. We were lured in by the sign that said “give them twenty minutes and they will give you two hours of relaxation back.” The booth was a meditative experience using their creams, subliminal music, eye mask, and electric-stimulation device they hook up to specific pressure points meant to give you a full body and mind deep space adventure! I am happy to report it worked so well that I was shooting a video to report on it… and well… I became so relaxed that I forget the video.

One thing I will never forget is the amazing experience and knowledge I obtained as part of the Coldwell Banker Blue Crew team at CES 2018! I’m looking forward to putting all of this newfound knowledge to work in my real estate business this year and definitely looking forward to CES 2019!
