Sword, Crossbow and Walkers: Homes with The Walking Dead References

A fan’s way of killing time until next week’s episode

Yes, I’m doing this. How could I not? I’m still reeling from The Walking Dead season premier on Sunday, so why not peruse coldwellbanker.com in search of TWD connections to our Coldwell Banker listings. First huge score was finding this listing on Walker Street in none other than Atlanta, GA.

Zombie apocalypse aside, it’s a two-minute walk to one of my favorite vegan restaurants Drink Art.

Of course Carol has now moved from my “can’t stand” list to “OMG she rocks” list. I guess Daryl always saw her potential, and I never doubt Daryl. If you’re team Carol, than I found the perfect house for you on Carol Street in Albuquerque, NM. However, if you haven’t given up on Rick, there is a beautiful custom-made home located on Rick Lane in Cortlandt Manor, NY.

Speaking of Rick, I was stoked to find what I believe would have been the perfect move-up home for the Grimes family in Cynthiana, KY (comic version) had those walkers never come to be. And if Rick ends up convincing the group to head back to Terminus, here is a retail shop for sale accurately called “The Look Out Shop” in Silverton, CO that is located next to Terminus of Durango. It doesn’t appear as though this commercial property is selling any useful weapons, but I managed to find two listings that Daryl and Michonne might call home: Crossbow Court and Sword Drive.

Unfortunately I wasn’t successful in locating a single town or street named Zombie; however, Coldwell Banker has one of the smartest agents marketing a listing today: Ruth Connell with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, Co. has this listing in Senoia, GA, where her listing description indicates TWD films.
