Coldwell Banker Real Estate Announces 2025 Leadership Award Winners

The Leadership Awards recognize Coldwell Banker-affiliated real estate professionals who exemplify the organization’s core values

Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, a subsidiary of Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: HOUS), today announced the 2025 winners of the CB Spirit Award, Hero of the Year Award, Preserving the Trust Award, and Women on the Move Award. The Coldwell Banker annual Leadership Awards honor those who embody the organization’s core values of home, ingenuity, excellence and awesomeness. These honors spotlight individuals who go above and beyond in their commitment to clients, communities, and the Coldwell Banker brand. As a part of a network of 95,000 strong, these values unite those who are a part of the Coldwell Banker brand, inspiring those to leave their mark on the world of real estate. The award series winners for each award are as follows:

CB Spirit Award

Recipient: Kara Karns-Domic, Coldwell Banker Realty

The real estate professional awarded this honor is recognized for their strong leadership, clear vision, a highly effective managerial style and an engaging “Can Do” spirit. This award exemplifies the core traits of tenacity through obstacles or setbacks, a positive attitude, honesty and integrity, strong market presence, and business innovation and creativity.

Hero of the Year Award

Recipient: Halley Haack, Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate

The Coldwell Banker brand is known worldwide for its charitable efforts, from leading fundraising efforts and participating in events to donating time and/or goods to help others in need. The Hero of the Year award honors one individual that epitomizes extraordinary service and takes great pride in strengthening its community while going the extra mile to ensure that those in need have a trusted advocate.

Preserving the Trust Award

Recipient: Pat Harris, Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucett

The real estate professional awarded this honor is recognized for making an indelible impact on the real estate industry on a local, national and/or international level. The focus of this award is on innovation, customer service and integrity – also known as a lifetime achievement award.

Women on the Move Award

Recipient: Raffaella Pace, Coldwell Banker Italy

This award recognizes a woman of the Coldwell Banker network who has made instrumental strides in the real estate industry to represent the values of women, helped other women achieve success and celebrated a great level of success in their business.

Athena wanted to wake up in that city that doesn’t sleep so headed to Madison Avenue to start her marketing career. She has been with this awesome brand for more than 15 years and can be found generating buzz about CB in every way possible. Athena helps to grow the brand’s position as the most storied real estate company within the industry and has led many high-profile endeavors; she was at the forefront of the brand’s pioneering smart home campaign, raised $6 million in two years to build 130 Habitat for Humanity homes, and led the Homes for Dogs program in partnership with Adopt-a-Pet.com that resulted in tens-of-thousands of dogs finding their furever home. She currently leads the CB Supports St. Jude program, which encourages the Coldwell Banker network’s 96,000+ real estate agents to make donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital for every real estate transaction they represent. In her spare time, you can find her either digging up a new area in her yard for another flower bed or planning her next travel adventure. She's the proud mom of three cats Jolene, Ziggy and Lucy.
