“If you’re lucky enough to live on Neptune…you’re lucky enough” is the first line from Coldwell Banker agent, Candis Kolb, in this remarkable video. She’s obviously not talking about the planet, but rather the area of Encinitas, CA where this home for sale resides.

That’s possibly the best opening line to a real estate video that I’ve seen in a long time. What’s great about this video, besides the gorgeous water views from this home, is that you feel like you’re sitting down for a conversation with Candis. She’s talking about this great community, the style of living that it represents and giving you an insightful tour of a gorgeous place to live.

You get the sense that this is the perfect home for entertaining and the access to the beach and local downtown area make it a fantastic mix of relaxation and activity. To me, it’s the perfect video to whet my appetite to see more of this home.
