Q3 2025 was a remarkable chapter for the Coldwell Banker global network. One defined by connection, growth, and forward momentum. What resonates most is not just the impressive volume of affiliate renewals, but the enduring trust and loyalty our affiliates demonstrate by choosing Coldwell Banker as their business partner, year after year.

I am continually inspired by the passion and performance of our network. Stories of expansion, both domestic and international, serve as powerful reminders of what makes this community so exceptional. From the electrifying energy at Gen Blue in Las Vegas to the everyday moments that unite us, this quarter showcased what’s possible when we go All In. Thank you for being the driving force behind our continued success.

Generation Blue 2025: Moments to Remember

This year’s Gen Blue at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas was nothing short of electric. With over 2,500 Coldwell Banker professionals from around the globe coming together, the energy was palpable. We celebrated achievements, honored our award winners, and reconnected in a way that reminded us why this network is so powerful.

From thought-provoking keynotes, including an unforgettable session with Platon, to the high-energy closing night celebration at LIV, the event was packed with inspiration and information. The workshops delivered actionable strategies, and the enthusiasm in every room was undeniable.

One standout moment: recognizing Kanani Ching, broker and manager at Coldwell Banker Island Properties, as our AI Innovator of the Year for her scalable content system. The final session of the conference, the AI Innovator contest, drew a standing-room-only crowd at 4:00 p.m. on closing day. That level of engagement speaks volumes about the passion and forward-thinking mindset driving our network.

Power of Partnership: Renewals That Drive Our Network

In the third quarter alone22 affiliate companies renewed their commitment to Coldwell Bankerrepresenting an impressive $2.8 billion in sales volume. Year-to-date, we’ve reached 68 renewals totaling in excess of $10 billionAn extraordinary testament to the trust, shared values, and enduring partnerships that define our network. Elevating the Brand

We launched our new national ad campaignLive Well with Coldwell, and introduced a dedicated Global Luxury ad. This campaign reflects our commitment to helping people live better, more fulfilling lives. It’s not just about buying or selling a home. It’s about empowering individuals and families to live well, with Coldwell Banker by their side.

Momentum Across the Map

Our global footprint continues to grow. Coldwell Banker operations outside the United States added 22 new locations across five countries in the third quarter, affiliating 20 new companies and two new locations for existing franchisees. This brings the totals for 2025 to 67 new locations in 14 different countries and territories, five of which were entirely new countries / territories for the brand. Outside of franchise sales, the global operations continue to grow their agent affiliations through recruiting, surpassing 11,500 reported affiliated agents, a 10% increase from year end 2024. Callouts:

  • Coldwell Banker Argentina opened 5 new locations in Q3, with four in the Capital Federal area of Buenos Aires, bringing their total new locations to nine in 2025.
  • Coldwell Banker Türkiye continues to lead expansion efforts with 14 new offices in the third quarter and their annual total to 35 new locations.

Montana Global Luxury Experience: A Memorable Gathering in Whitefish 

I had the privilege of attending the Montana Global Luxury Experience in Whitefish, and while the setting was stunning, the real impact came from the meaningful conversations and connections shared throughout the event. Thank you to Dan JacuzziCecil Waatti and Matt Waatti for hosting such an exceptional experience.

Regional Spotlights: Passion, Progress, and People

  • In Libertyville, Illinois, Jim Carris launched Coldwell Banker Commercial Carris Capital, exemplifying the innovation and ambition that makes our network so exceptional.
  • In Northeastern Florida, Mark and Bryce Ocepek have more than doubled their agent count since joining us last December. Their team is thriving.

This past quarter, Coldwell Banker saw a 23% increase in media coverage from the previous quarter – reflecting the growing impact and visibility of our brand across the industry. Here are three standout media moments this past quarter worth checking out:
