  4. I sold 55 homes so far this year! This tells us that buyers are still encouraged about real estate and owning a home. My buyers are 50/ 50 investors and owner occupied first time buyers.
    Put in front of your buyers great positive news like this from Coldwell Banker to balance the negativity coming from the regular media about real estate.
